What a one-time deep clean costs, and booking a cleaner just once
A one-time deep clean in Valparaiso and Northwest Indiana costs about $455 to $765 in 2026, depending on the size of the home, and about $620 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home of around 1,800 square feet. Inside the fridge and oven are included. If a regular schedule starts with it, the same first deep clean is about $510. Indiana charges no sales tax on cleaning, so that is the whole price.

Yes, you can book me once. Plenty of people do: before family arrives, after a long winter, when a home has simply got away from them. The one-off visit I offer is a deep clean, and the reason is further down.
What it costs by size
One deep clean in Valparaiso, with nothing booked after it:
- 2 bed, 1 bath, about 1,100 sq ft: around $455
- 3 bed, 2 bath, about 1,800 sq ft: around $620
- 4 bed, 2.5 bath, about 2,900 sq ft: around $765
- 5 bed, 3.5 bath, about 3,600 sq ft: priced once I have seen photos
Farther out the price carries the drive, and each town's own cost page has its figures.
What a deep clean covers
Everything a regular clean does, then the parts a regular clean cannot reach in the time: baseboards by hand, inside the fridge and the oven, door frames, blinds, vents, window tracks, grout, and behind whatever can be moved. Exterior windows, carpet shampooing and anything above a two step ladder are not part of it, and I say so before the day rather than on it.
Why the one-off visit is the deep one
A quick once-over on a home nobody has properly cleaned in months looks good in the middle of each room and wrong at every edge, and you would be paying for a result that lasts a few days. So a new home gets the deep clean. If I have cleaned your home in the last three months, a standard visit on its own is fine, because the edges are still being kept.
Moving in or out instead
An empty home is a different job: inside every cabinet and drawer, inside closets, all the interior windows, every baseboard. For the 1,800 square foot home that is about $545, and it is the clean a landlord or a buyer's walkthrough is looking for.
If you want it to stay that way
Book a regular schedule and the first clean is the Reset instead: about $565, less a 10% ongoing cleaning credit, so about $510 rather than $620 on its own. Then the home is on the regular price, about $285 every two weeks for that size. The credit is its own line on your quote, and it is yours once your third visit is done. Stop before then and it goes on your final bill. You hear that before you book, not after.
