How much does house cleaning cost in Valparaiso, Indiana?

It happens once. After that first visit the home stays on the ongoing rhythm and the deep clean is never repeated or recharged.
Do you send the same cleaner every time?
Yes. Maria cleans your home herself. If she ever hires, cleaners are assigned to homes and never rotated, so you will always know who is coming and you will never explain your home twice.
What areas do you serve in Northwest Indiana?

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, and there is nothing to cancel. You can stop whenever you like. One exception, stated plainly before you book: the first deep clean is discounted when you take it with an ongoing rhythm, so if you leave before the third visit that reduction is billed back.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. Nothing is charged when you book, and there is no card on file at booking, no deposit and no retainer. You pay after your home has been cleaned.
Are you insured?
Yes. General liability, one million dollars per occurrence, carried in the name of the company you are hiring. The certificate is sent to you before the first visit without you having to ask for it.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell Maria within a day and she comes back and does it again. No charge, no argument and no form to fill in.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything, and green fragrance-free products are the default rather than an upcharge. If you would rather she used something of yours, leave it out and say so.
What is not included?
Exterior windows, carpet shampoo or steam cleaning, mold remediation, pest problems, hoarding situations, pet waste, moving heavy furniture, and anything above a two-step ladder. Those are said up front so nothing is a surprise on the day.
